BSH's Drop-In Center at 814 N. Collington Ave. is a low-barrier access point for individuals who need immediate support — offering health supplies, meals, hygiene access, peer support, and connection to services, no questions asked.

BSH's street outreach teams operate across Baltimore — connecting individuals living in encampments and unstable environments directly to shelter, housing, and services. Every outreach contact is documented, and every placement into housing from a street environment is tracked and reported.
Our outreach model prioritizes direct housing placement from street situations — moving people from encampments into transitional, emergency, or permanent housing as quickly as possible, with ongoing case management support throughout.
